Interchill released their Gathering the Tribe compilation in 2006. It still sounds fresh seven years later. The compilation was intended to represent the West Coast festival sound. With a focus firmly on female vocals, live drums and natural instrumentation, this compilation has stood the test of time.
Madre dee vine is a track from Kin ship, an artist I don't know much about, but I love this track. The tabla, bass and sitar sound beautfiul and the vocals are soothing to the soul.

This last track Deep Signals froma Land employs a warped yet middle Eastern chant along with their signiture pulsing 4/4 groove. It's a lovely spacious track with swirling synths.
